| • | Hardens to a plaster-like final set with a durometer of 88 to ensure precise articulations. |
| • | Does not distort between the time the bite is taken and when the lab articulates the models. |

There’s More Than One Use for THIS Mousse.
A testament to its versatile chemistry, Blu-Mousse offers a wide range of applications.
| • | A Scannable Wash Material for Digital Denture Fabrication. Truly one of the most compelling, modern applications for Blu-Mousse! Using the patient's existing denture as a custom tray, the intaglio can be readopted to the changes in the arch morphology with Blu-Mousse. After scanning for printing of a new denture, the original can immediately be returned to the patient while they wait on their new one. |
| • | Rigid VPS Models; Faster, Cleaner, Better. For bleaching trays, orthodontic suck-down retainers, denture repairs, and study models, clinicians need a model that is easy to make, accurate, dimensionally stable, and ready to use in a flash. Blu-Mousse answers that need with speed and simplicity that stone simply cannot match. Either on its own, or paired with Mach-2 Die-Silicone, an alginate impression can be loaded with the silicones, pulled, trimmed, and ready to go in a matter of minutes. No muss, no fuss. Just results. |
| • | The Analog Safety Net When Scanning Isn’t an Option. Whether it’s because the mouth is too small, the patient can’t open wide enough, or the margins are too deep to capture digitally, an alternative is needed to capture the patient’s bite. For those cases, Blu-Mousse still stands tall as the standard for accuracy. |
| • | Cementation Die for Implant-Supported Crowns. Cement-retained implant restorations carry an inherent risk; that excess cement will extrude during seating and be pushed subgingivally, thereby triggering a condition that, if left unresolved, progresses to peri-implantitis, one of the leading causes of implant failure and loss. By injecting Blu-Mousse into a Teflon tape lined crown, the clinician can create an internal die that precisely copies the internal shape of the restoration while still allowing for a thin layer of cement. When ready to cement, the crown is loaded with cement, the Blu-Mousse die is inserted to express the excess, then the crown is seated onto the implant abutment intraorally with the perfect amount of cement. The result is minimal flash, easier cleanup, and healthier soft tissue. |
| • | For the Clinician Who Trusts Their Hands. There are many dentists (and you know who you are), who practice with a level of such tactile precision, clinical judgment, and analog skill that they don’t feel a scanner can replicate. They take immaculate impressions. They read occlusion by feel. They know exactly how much bite registration material to inject and how to have the patient close effortlessly into it. If you are one of these highly skilled, hands-on clinicians, Blu-Mousse was developed for you! |
