Shipping & Returns
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is $100. We will ship your order free of charge without any handling fees in the Contiguous United States. By default, your order(s) will be shipped via a Ground Service, whichever is the best available. The transit time is 1-4 business days to most parts of country depending on your location.
Most items will be shipped from our central Iowa warehouse 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed based on item availability. Backordered and High demand items may take longer to ship based on manufacturer availability. Certain products will be shipping from the manufacturer's warehouse directly to our customers.

You may return within 30 days after delivery. Any defective or damaged goods or a result of our error, we'll refund the full amount of item(s) ordered and return shipping costs. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the customer's expense and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Special-order items, other than damage or defect, will not be eligible for return. Special-order item status typically shows on the product page under Availability.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Due to Covid 19, we are temporarily suspending some parts of the policy until further notice to reduce the risk of exposure, cross-contamination and minimize complexity into supply chain activities. All infection control products, FACE MASKS and related PPE products are non-returnable.
