[Instructions]

1)  When to replace Polishing Solution: Once products do not reach the expected polishing effect, it is time to replace Polishing Solution. The useful life of polishing powder depends on the production amount and polishing time.

2)  Prepare Polishing Solution: Use a container with 80°C water inside. Add 1 bag powder into water slowly and mix with stir. After all the powder is dissolved, transfer the Polishing Solution into equipment water tank. Repeat process above if there is any undissolved power left in the bucket. Handing Hot Water with Cautious.

3)  Machine Cleaning: Drain all old Polishing Solution, clean the water tank and its accessories before filling with new Polishing Solution.

Getting Ready to Polish: Fill machine tank with pre-mixed Polishing Solution. Turn on the machine. Whentempreach90°C, the machine is ready for polishing.

4)  Do NOT replace thePolishing Solution by putting the powder directly into the water tank. This may cause the machine damage and unstable voltage.

Remark:There willbesmall floating objects inthe Polishing Solution after use.These small floating objects are impuritiesthat come off from products during the polishing process. Please remove them with a filter scoop after each working day.
