The 5% and 10% were specifically designed for the gentle treatment of teeth with enamel opacities in children and adolescents, and the 16% formulation is designed for the gentle whitening of teeth on adults.
Flairesse Bleaching Gels CP are formulated in three gentle percentages of 5%, 10% and 16% carbamide peroxide, for a treatment protocol that achieves the material properties required by DIN EN ISO 28399 with a minimum application time of just one hour per day over a 10-day period.
Carbamide peroxide (CP) consists of hydrogen peroxide and urea. When applied, it slowly releases hydrogen peroxide in the process, making it a safe, gentle and effective home bleaching option for both young and adult patients.
This method's longer exposure time is associated with an overall gentler shade correction process to minimize hypersensitvity, which can be a decisive factor, especially when it comes to treating young patients.
